Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please refer to our Return & Refunds information below.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once this period has passed.

To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We ask in some cases that the items must be in the original packaging.   

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items may be exempt from a return or refund.

These include but are not limited to such items as:
Perishable goods. Such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
These include but are not limited to such items as:
Books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error

Returns & Refunds Procedure
Once we receive your item, we will access both the item and your reason for the return or refund. We will then notify you via email on the status of your item.

If your return or refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for bank processing times.

We will attend to Returns and Refunds in a timely manner, if there are any concerns regarding late or missing refunds, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@redstaressentials.com

Late or missing refunds

Please allow for bank processing times.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your financial institution; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@redstaressentials.com

Sale Items   

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However we understand that clothing may need to be exchanged from time to time due to sizing. We are happy to assess this on a item by item basis.  If you need to discuss an exchange for the same item due to a sizing issue please send us an email at hello@redstaressentials.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
